Vicki Lee Van Horn, a 37-year-old woman, was last seen on July 23, 2021, in The Villages, Florida. On that day, she checked herself out of The Villages Regional Hospital against medical advice. Vicki left the hospital around 1:30 PM to smoke a cigarette and has not been heard from since. Her departure raised alarms, particularly as she left behind her phone and personal belongings.
