Vicki Lee Van Horn, a 37-year-old woman, was last seen on July 23, 2021, in The Villages, Florida. On that day, she checked herself out of The Villages Regional Hospital against medical advice. Vicki left the hospital around 1:30 PM to smoke a cigarette and has not been heard from since. Her departure raised alarms, particularly as she left behind her phone and personal belongings.
At the time of her disappearance, Vicki was described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 114 pounds, with brown/blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a teal shirt, a blue sweater, black yoga pants, and pink flip-flops. Vicki has a distinctive heart tattoo on her right shoulder blade. Despite search efforts and investigations by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, no leads have emerged regarding her whereabouts, and she remains missing.
