Elena Carlotta Roy, an 83-year-old woman from Fallbrook, California, went missing on November 3, 2021. She was last seen leaving her home on Woodcreek Drive around 1:30 p.m. after a minor argument with her husband. Elena, who suffers from dementia, Reye's Syndrome, and bone spurs, walked away on foot and has not been seen since.
