Henry Lee Higgs, a 66-year-old man, disappeared from Tupelo, Oklahoma, on September 13, 1980. At the time of his disappearance, Higgs was described as a white male, standing 5’10” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and gray eyes. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, and there has been little information or leads over the decades.
