Timothy Barton Foltz, age 27, disappeared under mysterious circumstances from Concord, North Carolina, on January 24, 1982. At the time, Timothy was co-owner of Colonial Jewelers, a jewelry store in the Main Street Mall. He had last been seen by one of his business partners, and the following Monday, when he failed to show up for work, a significant discovery was made.
