James Scott Rawlings, 23, went missing on March 8, 1986, after leaving his home in Kenosha, Wisconsin. It is believed that he was planning to travel to Alaska. However, his journey was cut short when his car was found abandoned in a snowbank in Mercer, Wisconsin. The keys were missing, and there has been no trace of him since that time.
