Jon Kevin Neff, aged 34, went missing from Altamonte Springs, Florida, on June 15, 1997. On that morning, Neff left his parents' home on Spring Lake Road to go to his job as a cook at the First Watch restaurant, located nearby. Between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m., he called his workplace to inform them that he would be late, but he never arrived. Later that day, Neff also failed to pick up his daughter as planned, raising concerns among his family.
