Patrick Dale Hoogen, a 60-year-old man, went missing from his home in Bellevue, Washington, on October 2, 2005. He was last seen walking away from his residence in the Somerset area of Bellevue and has not been heard from since. On the day of his disappearance, Hoogen was wearing an olive-colored parka and a gray tweed cap, which were among the few clues available regarding his appearance at the time.
