Vincente Garcia Jorge, a 54-year-old man, was last seen on June 20, 2008, in Santa Rosa, California. At the time of his disappearance, Jorge was living in a care facility located on Sacramento Avenue in the Bennett Valley neighborhood. He reportedly left the facility that day with the intention of finding a job but never returned. Since then, there has been no communication from him, and no significant clues have emerged to indicate his whereabouts.
