His disappearance occurred after an argument with his mother, after which he reportedly climbed out of his bedroom window and vanished. Despite his family's repeated efforts to report him missing, law enforcement did not formally file his case until 2024, 43 years after he was last seen. The delay in recognizing his case as a missing person hindered early investigation efforts.
