In the fall of 2019, concern began to grow for a 43-year-old man from Houston, Texas, named Robert Oneal Tisdell Jr. His neighbor grew worried after not seeing him for three days, a break in routine that was alarming enough to warrant contacting the authorities. Mr. Tisdell Jr. was officially last seen on September 20, 2019, and the Houston Police Department was formally notified of his disappearance a few days later, on September 23, launching an investigation into his whereabouts.
