Tenecia Nicole Minkenson, a 31-year-old woman, was last seen in Dallas, Texas, on October 1, 2021. Described as an African-American female standing 5'1" and weighing 130 pounds, Minkenson had black hair and brown eyes at the time of her disappearance.
