On November 10, 2021, 45-year-old Charles Lee Keller, known to friends and family as Charlie or Chuck, was last seen at a Safeway grocery store in The Dalles, Oregon. A father and a plumber by trade, Keller was a longtime resident of Wasco County. His disappearance raised alarms when he failed to appear for a scheduled court date on November 15, 2021.
