Carlos Carballo-Rivas, a 20-year-old from Alexandria, Virginia, was last seen on November 27, 2021, in the 5300 block of Taney Avenue. He was reportedly wearing a black Nike jacket with white letters, red trim, and white stripes, along with dark pants, black Puma sneakers, and a gray and white beanie. There was a potential sighting of Carlos in Centreville, Fairfax County, on the night of November 28, but this has not been confirmed, and he has not been heard from since.
