According to public reports, Jan was last known to be in Bastrop on December 6, 2021. That night, he had dropped a friend off at home and was expected to return to his own home afterward, but he never arrived.
His loved ones have reported no contact since he vanished.
The next day, Jan’s car was found wrecked in rural Kyle, Texas. Surveillance footage reportedly captured him leaving the crash scene on foot, and that is widely described as the last confirmed sighting of him.
