In the spring of 2022, concern began to grow for the well-being of 43-year-old Robert Brooks Dowda in Memphis, Tennessee. Family members realized they had not had any contact with him since March 14, 2022, a silence that was out of character and alarming. Dowda, a Caucasian male with blondish or strawberry-colored hair and blue eyes, stood at a height of six feet one inch and weighed around 245 pounds.
