Kathleen Spanel, a 64-year-old woman from Atlanta, Texas, was last seen on the morning of September 18, 2022. She was reported missing after she walked away from her home located on County Road 3214 around 7:40 a.m. Kathleen, who suffers from hallucinations but is described as nonviolent, left without taking any money, identification, or medication.
