On October 2, 2023, 42-year-old Kyrylo Yeltsov was last seen at approximately 10:40 in the morning at the IUSMM - Pavillon Bédard, a psychiatric hospital in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district of Montréal, Québec. Originally from Ukraine, Mr. Yeltsov was reportedly feeling despondent around the time he disappeared.
