In the late summer of 2020, 34-year-old Cory Ryan Westcott, a man known for his charismatic yet complex personality, vanished from the area of Nelson, British Columbia. He was last seen on August 31, 2020, in the community of Bonnington, just a ten-minute drive from Nelson. Friends and family grew concerned when they were unable to reach him, which was out of character. This concern led to him being reported as a missing person to the Nelson Police on September 4, 2020.
