On May 1, 2018, Elsa Vargas was last seen near her home in Chateauguay, Quebec. Elsa's vehicle remained parked in the driveway but nobody was home. Elsa has citizenship in Costa Rica and speaks Spanish, French and English and her disappearance is contradictory to her usual behaviour.
