Richard Joseph TSSESSAZE Missing Person Case

Richard Tssessaze's last known place of residence was Brandon, Manitoba. He had previously lived in Thompson and Lac Brochet. He was last seen in the area around the St. Regis Hotel on Smith Street in downtown Winnipeg in late June 2009. Richard has not been seen or heard from since that time, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
