In the autumn of 1985, a 40-year-old widowed mother of three named Margaret Jane Schochenmaier vanished from New Westminster, British Columbia. Family members last saw her on November 11, 1985. At the time of her disappearance, she was in the process of moving out of her son's home. Known to her loved ones as 'Marge,' she was described as a petite woman, standing at 5 feet tall and weighing around 95 pounds. She had straight, shoulder-length brown hair and green eyes.
