On October 15, 2016, Eric Ratt was last seen canoeing approximately 70 km east of the MacArthur River to Sandy Lake (Points North area), Saskatchewan. He has cabins at Sandy Lake and was traveling alone up the Geike River with approximately three weeks of supplies. Eric was reported missing after failing to pick up supplies from a pre-arranged location.
