On September 15, 2025, Millicent Powell was reported missing to the Winnipeg Police Service. Her last known sighting was on July 18, 2025 in a rural area near Anola, Manitoba, to the east of Winnipeg. She had confirmed that her current objective was to reach Toronto, Ontario. Millicent adopted a transient lifestyle, is known for using housing resources for the homeless and suffers from schizophrenia and a brain trauma.
