In the late autumn of 2018, a hunting trip on the Ottawa River took a tragic turn, leading to the disappearance of 36-year-old Aaron Normandeau. On November 3, 2018, Aaron was in an aluminum boat with a friend in the vicinity of Horton, Ontario. The events of that day unfolded quickly as their boat capsized in the river's waters.
