Jorge Damian Mendoza, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, went missing on July 18, 2008, from Oakdale, California. He was last seen preparing to visit family across the border in Tijuana, Mexico. Jorge was driving a white 1995 Chevrolet Lumina with the California license plate 3LEC902. Despite his intentions to travel to Mexico, Jorge never reached his destination and has not been heard from since.
