In the autumn of 2008, a family's life was forever altered by the disappearance of Debra Ann-marie Marlow. At the age of 45, Debra was last seen in Kingston, Ontario, on November 3rd. On that day, she had attended a mental health assessment at Kingston General Hospital. Reports from that time indicate that she was in a state of emotional distress, described as despondent, when she was last seen.
