In the cold of a late winter evening in Edmonton, Alberta, a family's life was unalterably changed. It was in December of 2002 that 32-year-old Jason Todd Macmillan was last seen by a member of his family. Specifically, he was with his brother in the early morning hours of December 10th, or possibly December 19th, on Jasper Avenue and 102 Street. At the time he vanished, Jason was described as being 5'8' tall and weighing about 154 to 155 pounds. He had brown hair and brown eyes. ...
