Emery Earl LABOUCANE Missing Person Case

On February 21, 1981, Emery Laboucane left his home to go to work. He called his wife from work, saying he was on his way home, but never returned. His vehicle was later found at Edmonton International Airport in Alberta. Over the course of the following month, Emery's credit cards were used in California, USA, and then usage ceased.
