In the winter of 1960, a family in Toronto, Ontario, was forever changed by the disappearance of their 13-year-old daughter, Helga Kaserer. On the afternoon of December 29, the young girl was last seen in her Roncesvalles area neighborhood. Helga, a student at Fern Avenue Public School, was a beloved daughter and sister.
