In the spring of 2020, a sense of unease settled over the family of James Gordon Garnett, a 69-year-old man from Saint John, New Brunswick. On the evening of April 1st, Mr. Garnett was last seen at approximately 9:25 p.m. exiting a city bus onto Douglas Avenue, in the vicinity of the Reversing Falls Bridge.
