In the late summer of 2007, a quiet street in Alliance, Ohio, became the starting point of an enduring mystery. On August 22nd, 50-year-old Paul Ellis Elliott vanished after a seemingly minor incident. That day, one of his brothers contacted the Alliance Police to report that some tools had been stolen from a shed on the property they shared.
