On a December afternoon in 1992, a 33-year-old man named Jeffrey Dekleyn was captured on surveillance footage at a Royal Bank in Hamilton, Ontario. At approximately 1:35 p.m. on December 3rd, he was seen making a withdrawal from an ATM at the bank located at the corner of Main and Whitney. This would be the last confirmed sighting of him.
