On April 28, 1972, James Cordell was seen for the last time leaving his parents’ residence in St. Catharines, Ontario. During the time of his disappearance, James was driving a 1970 silver blue Dodge Polar vehicle. He had a cast on his right arm and his teeth were wired shut as a result of a motor vehicle collision.
