In the late winter of 2006, a family's life in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, was irrevocably altered by the disappearance of 18-year-old Tommy ClÃƒÂ©ment-PÃƒÂ©pin. The young man was last seen on Monday, March 27, 2006. On that day, he was seen leaving the Comfort Inn on rue LariviÃƒÂ¨re in the company of at least one other individual.
