In the late winter of 2006, a family's life in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, was irrevocably altered by the disappearance of 18-year-old Tommy Clément-Pépin. The young man was last seen on Monday, March 27, 2006. On that day, he was seen leaving the Comfort Inn on rue Larivière in the company of at least one other individual.
