It is believed he was riding a bicycle at the time he vanished, though no description of the bike is known. At the time of his disappearance, Mark was described as being approximately five feet, nine inches tall and weighing around 145 pounds, with a slender build, light brown hair, and hazel eyes. He wore prescription glasses and was last seen in a grey plaid jacket, blue jeans, and a tan Toronto Blue Jays hat. The circumstances surrounding Mark's disappearance are made all the more concerning by a medical condition he lives with. This condition, referred to as Child Dementia, can impact his decision-making skills and awareness, potentially making him more vulnerable. This fact has heightened the urgency and worry for his family and investigators, who remain deeply concerned for his safety and well-being. The days immediately following his disappearance were filled with urgent pleas from the Jasper RCMP for public assistance. They asked residents and visitors to be vigilant, to check their properties, including any outbuildings or trailers, for any sign of Mark. Authorities also requested that anyone who found an abandoned bicycle or witnessed any unusual activity in the Jasper townsite, along trails, or on surrounding roadways between June 16 and June 18 contact them, hoping for a clue that might lead to his whereabouts. As time has passed without any sign of Mark, the search for him has grown more extensive and the plea for information more desperate. Comprehensive ground and aerial searches have been conducted in multiple key areas, including not only Jasper and Hinton but also along the Athabasca River, near Cadomin, and along Highway 16 stretching towards Mount Robson, British Columbia. Despite these exhaustive efforts by law enforcement and concerned community members, his whereabouts remain unknown. The case of Mark Gordon Bullock is a heart-wrenching mystery that has left a family waiting for answers. His loved ones believe that someone out there holds the key piece of information that could bring him home and provide the closure they so desperately seek.
