Barry Kevin Bucharest Missing Person Case

On a fall day in 1970, a father and son, Edward and Barry Kevin Bucharest, set out on what should have been a routine boat trip on the Lake of the Woods in Kenora, Ontario. They departed from their family cottage, situated on Kimberly Road on the north shore of Big Stone Bay, in a 14-foot fiberglass boat. The afternoon of November 11th was the last time family members would see the two of them. They were reported missing when they failed to return as expected.
