In the late summer of 2010, a 43-year-old man from Moncton, New Brunswick, named Michael Andrew Blakney, vanished into the sprawling woodlands of the region, leaving behind a profound and lingering mystery. An avid outdoorsman, Michael was known to regularly travel the extensive network of trails that crisscross southeastern New Brunswick.
