Quincy Blackburn, a 26-year-old man, disappeared in connection with a trip to Trinidad and Tobago on February 5, 2013. Official Canadian missing-person records list him as missing from Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago, although the last confirmed sighting of Quincy occurred earlier that day in Ontario, Canada.
