In the late summer of 2019, the life of 31-year-old Miranda Kaylee Belle, a Métis woman from Winnipeg, Manitoba, was abruptly and distressingly interrupted. She was last seen in the Grant Park area on the evening of August 17, 2019, though some accounts suggest she was also seen by family a few days prior.
