An 81-year-old man named Phillip Stiltner went missing from his home in Kimper, Kentucky, on March 27, 2025. He was last seen at his residence on Longfork Road at approximately 1:30 p.m. that Thursday. A family member had last been in contact with him the previous day, March 26, 2025. Concern for his well-being grew due to his history of dementia and the fact that he walks with a limp. The Kentucky State Police were notified, and on March 28, 2025, they issued a Golden Alert for Mr. Stiltner. A ...
