In the quiet area of Moneta, Virginia, a family's life was changed in the fall of 2018. Fifty-eight-year-old Charles 'Chuck' Howard Smith, a resident of Bedford County, was last definitively seen on September 28, 2018. On that day, he was observed at the drive-thru of a Food Lion pharmacy, simply picking up a prescription.
