On Christmas Eve of 2025, 47-year-old Amanda Muniz was with her family at her parent's home in Pueblo, Colorado. At some point during the day, she was seen leaving the residence with an unidentified man. This would be the last time her loved ones saw her. Information regarding the man she was with, what she was wearing, or any vehicle they may have been traveling in has not been made publicly available. Her case was officially reported to the Pueblo Police Department on May 7, 2026.
