On 07/07/2020, Monte's sister called and to report Monte as missing. He had not been heard from in approximately 12 days prior to the report. He had been driving his mother's vehicle, which was recovered and towed as abandoned at a local park in Durango, CO, on 06/12/2020. He worked at a local transportation company, and they had not heard from him in approximately 1 month.
