His last known location was in the area of the 1000 block of East Oak Street, which falls within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. At the time of his disappearance, Andrews was observed walking near his residence and was described as being quiet and not engaging in conversation with anyone.
