Portia Lakendra Nesbitt, age 35, was reported missing from Waynesboro, Georgia, on July 26, 2021. However, her family had not heard from her for nearly a year prior. Around the time of her disappearance, her boyfriend, Chadwick Washington, began withdrawing money from her account monthly. Washington, with a history of violence, pleaded guilty to fraud charges but has not been named a suspect.
