On May 12, 2024, a 42-year-old man named Benjamin Beason sent a text message to a family member, an ordinary act that would later mark the beginning of a period of uncertainty and concern. This last known communication came from the area of Middle Township, New Jersey. Three days later, on May 15, 2024, Beason was reportedly seen by two acquaintances.
