In the autumn of 2012, concern grew for a 26-year-old mother from Norfolk, Virginia, named Phylicia Robinson. She was last seen on a Wednesday evening, sometime between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m. Phylicia, a mother to a young son, had plans to go to her job but never arrived, which was the first indication that something was amiss.
