In the spring of 2023, a sense of unease began to settle over the family of Joshua Matthew Stephens. The 43-year-old man, known to his loved ones as Josh, was last physically seen on April 20, 2023, at the Pilot Travel Center on Ruffin Mill Road in Chesterfield County, Virginia. At the time, Joshua, a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, stood about 5'10' and weighed around 190 pounds.
