Toni Rae Atchley, a 54-year-old woman from Kennewick, Washington, was last seen on July 22, 2022. Her 2017 Toyota Corolla was discovered abandoned along State Route 240 near the Hanford Rattlesnake gate, about 15 miles northwest of West Richland. The vehicle, found on July 24, contained her phone, backpack, wallet, and other personal belongings. It was in proper working order and had fuel, but there was no sign of Toni.
