James Stelly, a 50-year-old African-American man, was last seen in Houston, Texas on June 6, 2016. He has not been seen or heard from since that day. At the time of his disappearance, Stelly was described as being 6'2" tall and weighing 185 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes.
